Transition Teacher PLCS are a time for transition teachers to come together on a quarterly basis to enhance and facilitate collaboration, share experiences, explore resources and transition assessments as they develop quality transition programming for all students.

These days are sponsored by the State Transition Grant and will be available to all schools within ESU 15 and 16. A small fee will be charged to cover registration costs. The Transition Teacher PLCS will meet at the ESU 16 office in North Platte. (The dates may be subject to change…..)
