ESU 16"s Owls (Opportunity with Life Skills) Program
started Fall 2015. The ESU 16 local school districts requested a program for students ages 16-21. A cooperative program between the Schools Districts, Mid Plains Community College and ESU 16 was developed.It is located on MPCC campus.
