Owls students had a Splashing good time at the Recreation Center today with Cassie Jarzynka Occupational Therapist. They learned some swimming skills and played water games! Other students took on the Basketball Court with three pointer tries- Swoosh! Great lunch at Ruby Tuesday's also.
Use PVC pipe to make a DIY sand and water table for kids! This sensory play table can change out to do either water or sand (or something else!)

Applegate Grants for Teachers
We are pleased to announce that approximately $100,000 is available during the 2020-2021 school year for grant awards from the John Russell Applegate Fund for Teachers for training and support of K-12 teachers at elementary and secondary schools located in the West Central Nebraska counties of Custer, Dawson, Frontier, Hayes, Hooker, Keith, Lincoln, Logan, McPherson, Perkins and Thomas.
Application deadlines are: October 15, January 15 and April 15.
